This project funded by the NPS focuses on developing genomic tools for genetic monitoring of the Great Gray Owl.  We have developed a SNP panel of 200 loci for genotyping samples using GTseq and will use the panel for individual ID, parentage, genetic diversity and genetic structure analyses.
